BleauGenics is committed to supporting scientific discovery by responsibly distributing high-purity research-grade compounds. Our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and investigational use by qualified professionals. This document outlines our legal position, intended use, vendor relationships, and buyer responsibilities.

 

 

 

Research Use Only Statement

 


All compounds and products sold by BleauGenics are for research purposes only. They are not intended for:

 

  • Human or animal consumption

  • Clinical or diagnostic use

  • Therapeutic application

  • Cosmetic or dietary supplementation

 


Our products are meant strictly for in vitro studies, laboratory research, and experimental protocols carried out by professionals who are trained to handle such compounds safely and lawfully.

 

 

 

Testing & Quality Disclaimer

COAs are available on request only where supplier documentation exists. A COA may not be available for every product or current lot. Historical supplier reports and published chemical reference data do not verify the identity or purity of the current lot. BleauGenics does not provide a numeric purity claim without supporting documentation for the applicable material.

All product data, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), are based on documentation provided by our trusted and thoroughly vetted upstream vendors. These partners are selected based on their track record of quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Each new batch is monitored and reviewed for quality assurance prior to being made available for sale.


While BleauGenics does not currently perform in-house testing or provide independent COAs, many of our suppliers utilize third-party laboratories to verify purity and composition. We maintain strong quality controls by working only with vendors who meet rigorous sourcing and documentation standards.


If an issue is identified with a batch before it goes live, it will not be listed for sale—and in some cases, products may be removed entirely or published with clear disclaimers.


Although we may offer our own third-party testing options in the future, keeping our prices accessible for the research community is our top priority. For this reason, we do not currently pass along the cost of additional in-house verification.

 

We strongly recommend that all buyers perform their own third-party testing or verification to confirm compound identity and suitability for their intended protocols.

 

 

 

FDA Compliance and Use Limitations

 


BleauGenics research chemicals have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary use.
