1. All Sales Are Final

 


All purchases from BleauGenics are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance.


This policy exists to:

  • Preserve the chain of custody for compliance and safety

  • Prevent risks related to improper handling or storage

 

 

 

 

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

 


In the rare event you receive a damaged package or incorrect item:

 

  • Notify us at support@bleaugenics.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence

 


Upon review, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Claims submitted beyond 48 hours or involving cosmetic packaging flaws that do not affect product quality will not be eligible for resolution.

 

 

 

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

 


BleauGenics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to:

 

  • Monitor tracking updates

  • Contact the carrier directly in case of delivery issues

 

 

 

 

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 


Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. We strongly encourage customers to reach out directly so we can investigate and resolve any issues fairly.
