At BleauGenics, we are committed to prompt and secure shipping of all research-grade products. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices for order processing, delivery, and tracking. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days for standard shipping and 3–4 business days for expedited options.


4. International Shipping

  • At this time, BleauGenics does not offer international shipping.

  • If this changes, we will update our policies accordingly.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to regions where the products we offer are restricted or prohibited by law.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local regulations regarding the receipt of research chemicals.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is in transit with the carrier, BleauGenics is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • For products damaged in transit, please email contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage for assistance.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request a correction.


8. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
