3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in transit with the carrier, BleauGenics is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For products damaged in transit, please email contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage for assistance.
